SB dieters: exactly what bad ingredients should i be looking for on nutrition label?
so i'm confused about what the "bad" ingredients are i should be looking for on the ingredients of "processed" foods. like is corn syrup different than high fructose corn syrup? and is molasses bad? and i know anything partially hydrogenated is bad.
i really want to avoid processed foods because they are really bad for you health, but then what am i supposed to eat? haha.. and for those foods that are processed, which ones are okay to buy? like frozen veggies? thanks everyone. i'm confused when reading the nutrition label

too much protein? please help
on southbeach diet, and i believe i am intaking a lot of protein, like >90-100 g. should i reduce this? and to how many grams. whats the healthy division between the carbs, sugar, protein, etc for southbeach diet phases? thanks!

bottom right how does your diet compare?
on the bottom right of the page, where it says, "how your diet compares?" is this the average of your diet for that week? i don't think its for the day because the numbers always seem to be too high for what i was eating that day. i'm really confused about it. thanks!
