Weight not coming off
You likely hit a plateau. The same thing happened to me after my first 30. You need to up the intensity of your workout. Try a cheap heart rate monitor to check your intensity since most of the ones on the machines are off. I have a timex ironman monitor. It helped me a lot. Plus I started super setting: doing 2 to 3 exercises back to back. Example: with dumb bells: chest press, over head shoulder press, dips off the side of the bench, then rest and repeat 3 times.
