I am a mommy to 5 kids. Caprice is 10, Chance is 9, Cannen is 6, Corgan is 3, and Poet is 8 months old. When I am not on maternity leave I work as a nurse at a rehab facility. I live in Calgary, AB in Canada, but grew up in beautiful British Columbia. I have been struggling with my weight for the last 9 years. I signed up for Weight Watchers January 6th, 2010. I want to get the weight off and keep it off for life. It's a slow, but steady go and I am getting the weight off. On top of doing WW, I am exercising 5 days a week in the morning for an hour. I take a a weekly dance class, do yoga twice a week, a spin class once or twice a week and aqua fit once a week. I feel the best I have felt in years!
