I'm pushing 60 and retiring this year. My blood sugar was 102 (pre-diabetic) in my last physical in March. I am determined to do whatever I need to do to avoid diabetes. I am determined to get at least 150 minutes of exercise/week and cut my sugar intake, as well as lowering my weight significantly.
