I survived a heart attack gone bad in 2012 and started loosing weight. Its been slow and hard at times but I am now down 40 pounds. I have made up my mind I will be at goal by the end of the 2015 year. I am following the weight watchers program and really love it.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself daily, due to heart issues. I hate weighing everyday because I sometimes get obsessive about it, getting on the scale time and time again to see if I have lost any more weight thru out the day. I promise this week I will only get on the scale once every morning like I need to. My true weigh in is on Tuesdays, I attend a weight loss group TOPS (take off pounds sensibly).

If you can afford a gym membership join now. If not can you buy Equipment for your home. I bought a tred mill 2 years ago at th
e Salvation Army like new and work out every day. Exersize really helps.

I weigh daily then go to TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) on Tuesdays and have an official weigh in.

HELP dealing with temptation
Such good advice from everyone. Eat what you want in moderation. Buy frozen cookies or dough. Bake a few at a time or share with someone. Good luck everyone.
