I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 37 years.I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. I work as a administrative assistant/safety coordinator for an ultra precision machine company. My weight yoyo's about 10 pounds every 2-3 years so to keep my weight in check I have been following the guides of weight watchers. I enjoy working out at night and walking a couple of miles during lunch.I recently bought a Wii and found this is great fun and you can get a lot of exercise.

So hard
Just because you have a piece of cake doesn't mean you have to wait till tomorrow. Just remember to add the calories from the cake and continue on.Keep a food diary and count your calories. If you have too many calories you will have to exercise longer. Remember the longer exercise time the next time you reach for that cake. Also go for a small piece of angel food cake. A lot less calories and fat. Good luck I know you can do it.

Oreos at work
Get yourself some of the 100 calorie oreo thins and take to work. Just have a couple and put the rest away for later. Then grab a piece of gum for something to chew on. You will over come the craving for something sweet with a lot less calories.

Diet Pop. To drink or not to drink it?
I'm a bad girl I guess because I love my pop and drink 2 cans a day but I do drink about 40 oz of water a day too. I guess there could be worse things.

No Gym
No gym that is OK. Grab some cans from the cupboard and do some tricep extensions. Get the broom pretend to sweep the floor vigorously from side to side. Now hold the handle side ways and do some lungs, swing over the head and back to the floor. There is so much you can do with what is in your house. Got hardwood floors? Put on socks or slippers and slide from side to side. Have fun put on some music and just dance. See who needs the gym. The most important thing is have fun, lose the stress and you will lose weight.

Wii Active
I do a 50 minute on the Wii plus yoga/strength. I do try to get in a couple of miles a day walking at lunch also. I think the Wii is a great affordable in home gym. Used right and with multiple games you can get a great workout.
