Each meal should be farely small. 1/2 cup vegetables, 1 cup of rice or potatoes, and maybe 3 oz chicken for example. Just a cup of something to drink. Not a large glass of juice. Yes to a large glass of water. Have just 1 roll or slice of bread.

Successful on the mini challenge so far this week...
No sweets, exercise is going OK...need to kick it up. Water not the best...will kill a bottle a day. Eating only 4 times a day with my after dinner snack lasting an hour!! Nibbling popcorn...

Ate valentines candy...again...
But still under 1500 calories. The stuff is gone and not more in the house~! Walked up the mountain 45 minutes and drank water, so 3/4 not bad. Tomorrow is another day!

Hawaii in 8 weeks...actually less than 6 weeks
Want to lose 8 lbs by then (March 12) so I better get kicking! Don't want to be miserable like I was in 2003 at 203 lbs. I am already down about 25 lbs, so 8 more will be great!
