Eating Smaller Portions
I've been trying to get into the habits of immediately dividing my leftovers [especially for the more unhealthy stuff] into "proper" size portions. Like, I went to a potluck last weekend and not all my [delicious but deadly] macaroni & cheese was eaten, so I put it all in little 1/2 cup containers in the fridge, rather than digging into a casserole dish and just eyeballing it...

What's on your Most Eaten Foods List?
Two different brands of "thinwiches" making their appearance on my top 12... The club sandwich variety pack is a relatively new addition and I haven't had double fiber bread for awhile [since the rise of the thinwich] -- wow, I'm a bit boring. Admittedly spinach is probably my number one food but I tend to not record it for some reason [I guess because I don't think of the fact it has calories, oops!]...

Double Fiber Bread
Churn Style Butter
Poached Egg
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Orange Juice with Calcium Added (Bottled or in a Carton, Canned)
Spinach
Turkey Bacon
100% Whole Wheat Thinwiches
1% Fat Milk
Boar's Head Pepperhouse Gourmaise [a thin layer of this is delicious! it's peppercorn/mayo/deli mustard and a teeny tiny bit goes a long way on a spinach sandwich!]
Deli Select Club Sandwich Variety Pack
Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat

Tips for Eating Low Carb
Whoa, I'm gonna have to try that Cool Whip suggestion! We have an unopened container from the holidays and that sounds amazing.

What do you think... the lap band.
I was friends with a man who had to gain weight in order to be eligible to get the lap band... who only ended up going back down to his pre-lap-band-weight-gain weight after having it. Lots of money down the drain and he has all sorts of new dietary restrictions. It would never be worth it to me.

I'll be able to fit into that dress someday
Hehe, coming to comment on the fuchsia hair -- as a pink haired girl myself I offer high fives a-plenty Smile I don't feel right with my natural hair color, and I never have!
