Hi there! I am using the Atkins diet and so far so good. Still a little confused as far as how much of what to eat.... and getting bored with chicken and salad.... so if anyone has any suggestions drop me a line.
Im trying to lose 10-20 lbs.... I know its not much, but it seems like along way to go.
