I am a 32 year old computer programmer. I love spending time with my little buddy, Tate, and my wife, Amanda. We enjoy going to the lake, yard word, and I love to fish. I am normally an active person but over the last couple of years my activity level has dropped and my weight has steadily climbed. When my weight hit 230 and I needed to buy new pants yet again along with have heart disease in my family, I decided enough was enough. I wanted to be able to enjoy playing with my son and being healthy enough to really take part in stuff with him. Then a friend showed me the South Beach diet. Since then I have been shedding weight and have started exercising regularly.
