On September 14th 2015 i decided i would no longer mistreat my body. I stopped smoking cigarettes and cut the CRAP (calorie rich and processed) foods. I weighed-in at 180 lbs-about 45 pounds overweight. With that i vow to let my bad habits be replaced with good ones. No meat or dairy, nothing processed, and nothing from a restaurant that's pre-made, and in many cases no food even from my spouse or family or friends. Drastic times call for drastic measures. Sure, there are people that eat whatever they want & remain thin & healthy - it's blatantly obvious that i'm not one of them.
