I am back at it now. My 10 yr class reunion is just around the corner and I want to look my best. I haven't been on FS for about a year. Mainly because I was busy at work and the last thing I want to do when I get home is get back on the computer. I am going to give it another go. See below for my 'fat history'.
Ok, here it is:
I was skinny all of my life until after high school. I tried a lot of diets, but didn’t really think I was that fat (until seeing pictures of myself then). I did Atkins, lost 20lbs, gained 10 back. I started Weight Watchers (and running), lost 43lbs. We went on our Honeymoon, gained 9 lbs. I quit running over winter, gained 5 lbs/lost muscle. I started running in spring, got stress fracture.
So I am going to start running again (slowly) and start Weight Watchers and see what happens. My biggest dieting flaw is binging on Sundays. I usually ruin what ever progress I have made through the week. So that is the main thing I am going to work on.
