Feelin kinda lonely on this site! I have no friends! Yes, I have made no move to make any friends but I am struggling to actually FOLLOW weight watchers; eat healthy exercise and all, so i think its time i put the call out! I need people will kick my arse when i get unmotivated.

I was a member of ww years ago, mother's health scare was great motivation. Lost 34 lbs and then fell off the wagon, gained back about 15 lbs and need to get back and lose it! My goal is 160 by my birthday, March 29.

I'll kick yours if you kick mine!! ha! I just started back on weight watchers too. I did stay within (actually under) my points range today. I want to lose the weight that I have gained back (about 12 pounds) before it gets too far out of hand and I am back where I started. Yikes!!

HA! Amazing how many people don't see it. It was taken halfway up the side of a waterfall in Iceland. On top that part in the foreground on the right

I, too, was a weight watcher years ago. I know it works; just needed the motivation. Think I finally have it this time! I want to feel better and get healthier. So far, so good. Hang in there! We can all beat the battle of the bulge together!

Hi Very Happy,

I am new to fat secret. I don't know exactly how it works, but I do know that I need the motivation to lose. I have been on weight watchers before and lost about 40 pounds, but then lost my motivation and didn't reach my goal. I am determined this time to reach it. Hopefully, with the help of "buddies" I will reach it.

I also need buddies. Was also on weight watchers and need to get back into it. My short term goal is to loose 5 lbs so I can start running again. I don't think my body can take is until I do. My biggest weakness is the weekends....

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
