I have around 2 stone to lose can anyone enlighten me as to how many points i should be on {i know that 1 st is 18 pts}

If you weigh 150 or less you should be eating 20 points a day on the points system.

Healthy weight loss is about 1 lb per week. At the beginning of a healthier way of eating you tend to lose more, so 14 lb in 6 months should be no problem. Good luck :)

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
