How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i weigh every day, in the morning after going to the bathroom, and before i jump into the shower. its just a guide, but it keeps me honest and in check. i dont get worked up over then numbers, i just try to keep doing something about them if they are too high.

fasted for 2 days. yes thats 48 hours with almost no food. dinner was a beef bullion broth, with lettuce, garlic and spices. was good for 8lbs. got me ...
