I got back on the horse again and I am making slow but steady progress. My goal this week is 2 lbs. I have switched to weekly weigh-in and weekly accomplishments instead of thinking about my overall weight.

After trying it my way then no way (at all), well.....I'm back. The short version is that I lived it up and I am a 365 days older. The big 3.0. I joined the gym and have a personal trainer. We will see how this goes. He has me on his diet. And I am willing to try anything now. Workouts have been going ok. BUT according to my trainer. Losing weight is 80% diet. So I better get it together. I hope all are having sucess. Summer is near......... :(

I might need to go back to phase 1. Falling off the wagon a little but I will keep up with my exercise. I think I am going to increase my exercise by two days. I will resist the urge to step on a scale until after my 30th b-day. March 9th the big one, lol.

You know the mouthwash commercial "The burn means its working." I can say the same thing about exercising, lol. I worked out hard yesterday. The faster my music went the harder I worked out. Who knew? lol.

Now that I am done with the detox stage of the Fat Smash diet, I am quitting. I realize that I looove all foods way too much. So I am going back to the tried and true - calorie counting (which has worked well for me in the past). At least now, I can have one sweet treat a week. That should satisfy my sweet tooth and avoid any binging. I hope everyone else is doing well on their perspective diets.
