Ok, I had a little binge this weekend since I was off Phase I. I had boneless hot chicken strips on Saturday and Sunday night for dinner. No carbs though. Wait, except for Sunday I had Subway, but it was turkey. LOL, well it's Monday and I am getting back on track, I don't want to slow down progress. I know many of you can relate. My goal: Everyday this week walk 30 min during lunch in addition to my regular workouts at the gym. Anybody else want to join the challenge?

I was expecting to lose like 4-5 pounds in phase 1. Well at least I'm losing instead of gaining.

Ok, Funny Story! My roommate kept complaining and complaining about being on the Fat Smash Diet and tried of eating salads. I told her she could eat whatever she wanted but this diet does work. So she got on the scale last night and jumped off screaming. She lost 5 pounds in 8 days! Then she went to the fridge and got a piece a cheese. "I deserve this" she said as she put the cheese in mouth. It was so funny. I am not weighing myself until Sunday.

My roommate is so excited. After complaining and complaining about watching the food she eats. She stepped on the scale and lost weight. I hope that keeps her motivated in the right direction. As for me, my weigh in is this Sunday. I am going to get a couple more good exercise sessions in before then. Good luck to all.
