I got back on the horse again and I am making slow but steady progress. My goal this week is 2 lbs. I have switched to weekly weigh-in and weekly accomplishments instead of thinking about my overall weight.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
