I'm back.
I hurt myself doing a Jillian michaels video a couple of months ago.
Something went wrong in my shoulder and I was feeling pain all th way down my arm to my fingers.
I feel better now although something is still lingering.
The injury caused me to stop exercising and I ended up not dieting either, and everything spiraled.
I'm back here now, and I'm ready to try again.
No more circuit training videos though.

Well here I am again after a period of non activity. I was doing a Jillian michaels circuit training video and things were going fine until one day I felt something happen in my back / shoulder. I gave it a rest but sure enough, a few days later I could not get out of bed without help. That was almost 5 weeks ago. I stopped exercising and I'm not sure what went wrong, but I gained back all the weight I had lost. I don't even want to get on the scale because I probably gained even more.
I'm just beginning to recover. My shoulder is okay now but it feels really weird when I move my arm. It hurts a bit and I feel numbness in my hand. I'm going to make an appointment to find out what happened exactly, and what to do about it.
This is a setback. I'm not sure why injuring myself seems to trigger a diet rebellion in me. The only thing I can do now that I'm coming back to my senses is try not to look back, and just move ahead. At least I know I am capable of losing weight. I have to start again. It's going to be okay.
