I'm an accountant working for NYC. I can tell you all about me and my life but I guess the most important thing is what I'm doing here :-) So here it is in a nutshell:
I'm 43 years old and was very physically fit when I was young (sound familiar?)
Somehow after my mid 20's, things changed. My weight went skyward and my physical fitness went to the birds.
I joined a gym near work in March 2014, and have been able to change my habits steadily. I feel like I'm finally on a roll. I hired a personal trainer because that is something I never did before, and I'm banking on it making a difference. I'm making major life changes, like not eating at night and being physically active, as well as making much healthier food choices.
I joined Fat Secret because by tuning in and validating my weight challenge on a regular basis, I think l stand a better chance of reaching my goal. I'm looking for a couple of like-minded buddies :-)
