I have hypothyroidism and had diabetes tipe 2, with diabetic grandmother and aunt ...

Since October 16, 2017 I decided to make a radical change in my life and started a Ketogenic lifestyle. Since then I have felt much better, I started to lose weight really and gradually, little by little I have felt physical improvements, I sleep better, I do not get anxieties or dizziness, I no longer need the medication for diabetes tipe 2, I can do intermittent fasts of 16/8 and I feel great, I have more mental clarity and I perform better in my work.

My husband has also integrated into this new lifestyle and has also seen improvements in his health, he no longer suffers from dizziness, his hypertension has improved in addition to also being losing weight with me.

I'm still learning about ketosis, it's what worked for us, finally I went below 90 kilograms after many years lost in absurd diets that left me without mood, without will and with hunger .

Weight lost so far 17 kg.
