I am a married women with one son of my own and 5 step children so life is a little busier then what I am use to . My son is 24 and the step children range from 21 down to 8. They are busy in sports and other activities.

I started watching what I ate when I went through a bad divorce back in 2007 and without effort lost about 40 pounds in 3 months. I became very happy with the weightloss and started working out and watching what I ate. That lasted for about 3 yrs . I have recently remarried and now have picked up about 20 pounds of the 40 I lost,needless to say I am not a happy camper. I have recently been up and down with dieting and workouts here and there but nothing consistant enought to keep the weight off. I have found this website to be extremly helpfull and especially when it comes to accountability . Somehow I dont like longing candy and junk food.

I am hoping it will bring great success. I have 55 pounds to loose all togehter and I want to do that by May 2012. I have given myself plenty of time to do this so..HERE I GO....I hope that we can all encourage one another in this battle to become more healthy.

Accountability
I am new to this website as of yesterday. I really am excited. For once I have all the resources I need to help me be accountable and try to loose the weight I need to be healthy and look the best I can for me. I really appreciate the challenges and am going to start one as of Monday. I am getting my husband to start with me . This is the first thing he actually is agreeing to try .I think it is because it is a challenge . He has diabetes and really needs this for that reason not to really loose weight. Thanks once again for this site

I have started to exercise now on a regular basis so the weight should start declining again .
