I've always been really overweight, ever since I can remember and it damaged my self-esteem badly. My highest weight was 240 (I am about 5'9) about 5 years ago and one day I started Weight Watchers kind of expecting to be let down and lost 12lbs in one week; needless to say I was hooked. I was steady at -2-3lbs a week and went all the way to 150lbs. 90lb loss in a year. I never did anything unhealthy (besides when I knew I was going to binge drink, I wouldn't eat very much) which worked out to helping me become a cheaper (literally) drunk. Which I liked. ANYWAYS. Being gorgeous and thin found me my soulmate (ha) and 3 years later I was pregnant with my son Ash. I lost 40lbs being sick, and gained back a nice hefty 60lbs.
And here we are, sick of being sweaty, unhappy and uncomfortable.
I plan to lose 50lbs, swear.
