the shape of weight loss
so far I only notice my weight loss in strange places like my fingers and wrists! I can sort of see it in my face, but no where I've been aiming for yet! I noticed that my fingers had changed when my engagement ring got really loose, and I noticed my wrists getting thinner when my watch felt loose, but clothes are still fitting the same. I WISH I'd loose some boob, DDD just makes working out more difficult sometimes.

1st Day of HCG R2
I'm on the HCG injections... its been 10 days and i've lost 8 pounds! (25% of my total goal!) My clinic recommends 800-900 cals a day which I know is more than some others recommend while on HCG, but I'm pleased with the progress I've made and I feel GREAT!!

I've lost 20 lbs!
Great job!! I'm at almost exactly the same point (5'3 or 4, started at 169, just hit 147 this week) and it feels great! I find the success SO motivating. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing what you've learned with the rest of us.

Difficulty Sleeping Any Time I Workout
I've tried working out in the morning, middle of the day, late afternoon, and night and no matter what I have difficulty sleeping on a day I work out. If I work out in the morning or middle of the day I find I have trouble staying asleep, and if I work out in the afternoon or at night I have trouble falling asleep. I generally don't feel all that tired after these restless nights, but it is annoying to wake up every 45 min-hour and staying awake for another half hour or so. I didn't have these problems when I wasn't working out.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions?
