Hey, I'm Ren. I'm an 19 year old college student trying to get her butt in gear after an entire life of being obese. For many years, my mom and I have tried losing together, but it turned into a cycle of resolutions, distractions, and ultimately, disappointments.
When I left for college this past year, things started changing. I'm 5'2" and started my weight loss adventure when I hit 200 lbs and soon after entered a fitness program on campus. Now, after experiencing some progress and gaining some hope, I've finally chosen a goal weight to shoot for. My mom has also started Weight Watchers since, and she's made some great progress!
I want to lose weight because I want to be healthy, fit into clothes in the normal stores in the mall, and gain the confidence to love myself and enjoy life.
