What would be included in "heavy" calisthenics in the exercise journal? In "light"? It gives one example for each but I'm still confused on how to log what I'm doing(a lot of different exercises like lunges, squats, crunches, etc.) Please help! Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week, usually on Sunday, just because Mondays are hard and it gets me motivated for the next week. Smile
