It's called 0-5K Runner by ClearSky. The app is free but it only goes up to Week 2 Day 2. The paid version takes you all the way from not running to running a 5K in 8 weeks.

Side stiches?
As in, how do you prevent those? I've been getting them when I do multiple short distances; i.e. like 3 400m runs. Longer slower ones I seem to be alright.
