I lost 63lbs in 2007 because I was interested in losing weight. I took control of my weight at a time where everything else in my life was out of control. I then gained back 20lbs in 08 after switching jobs b/c food was the only familiar thing I had when switching industries and truly feeling like a fish out of water. AFter gaining/losing the same 10 or so lbs throughout the duration of that job I was then laid off and have been unemployed for the last year. Over that year I had gained 39lbs and have lost 31, but I have gained so much more and learned alot about the person I am and who I want to become in the interim. In this time I have gone beyond my interest in losing weight and fitting into smaller sizes; I made a decision and committed to being the healthiest person I can be. I am committed to continuously challenging myself, eating better foods (while still enjoying the yummy foods I will never give up, lol), helping others with their goals, and becoming more comfortable in my own skin.

I don't let the # on the scale determine my worth. I am achieving and exceeding so many expectations of what I can do with this body, and I am excited to see how low I can get with my body fat. If you need a buddy add me or msg me!

diet pills
I've taken Phendimetrazine which is like Phentermine, I just remember it giving me headaches. I'm not sure though, I've taken a lot of diet pills in my days and most times I think its more placebo effect then anything. Good luck with that though! Are you exercising as well?

Anybody out there on full Optifast?
I'm not on OptiFast, but if you need a diet buddy left me know. I've done a Protein Sparing Modified Fast which is the same premise of OptiFast/Medifast, so feel free to send me a message or an e-mail if you'd like. I hope all goes well! I actually was contemplating doing protein shakes for the next few days for my Halloween costume, maybe we can buddy up?
