Avoid ALL artificial sweeteners: saccharin, aspartame, sucralose, neotame, acesulfame potassium.

Guidelines:
This includes Splenda, Sucralose, glucose-fructose and aspartame. If you really need something, try Stevia -- the only natural sweetener that won't pollute your system with chemicals.

I think the greatest difference of this challenge and Atkins is that we're not cutting out all carbs! I believe carbs are a mandatory part of a healthy diet but that the trick is to find the GOOD ...
