I'm 36yrs old in Virginia. I thought I was heavy in college, but looking back I was in very good shape. I walked everywhere, worked outdoors and ate anything I wanted with no ill effects. I've become a professional, work in an office, and was a volunteer medic for 11+ yrs. Late nights, low sleep, high stress and eating whatever was available, usually high fat/sugar and caffeine took it's toll. I know the cycle I'm in, with weight affecting sleep affecting hormones affecting eating affecting weight, and it's time to break that.
