I am a 28 year old wife and mother of 3!! I've been dealing with my weight since after having my 1st child. It has been an ongoing battle however, I finally lost 35lbs. I did this by changing my eating habits and incorporating fresh fruit and veggie juice into my diet. However, my hubby and I went to Jamaica in June and I have completely fallen off of the wagon! I've gained 10 lbs and now I am determined to lose and get motivated! This is my journey......

Calories from Juicing
In order to calculate the calories for your fresh juice, you have to multiply the grams of fiber by 4. Once you have that number you have to subtract the multiplied number from the total calories. You have to do this formula with every item that you are juicing and add it up to get the total per juice. It's a lot of work however, if you want to be specific this is what you have to do.

Hey Jen!! I am also looking for buddies for motivation. I signed up last year and lost 35lbs. Unfortunately, I did not use the resources available. (i.e., buddies) However, this time around I want to lose about 45lbs and I really need some extra help!! I will be glad to help you as long as I can get the same in return Smile
