Walking 2 - the 50 minute walk

Guidelines:
Make sure that you walk 50 minutes the first day, increasing the amount by 5 minutes a day. When you reach 60 minutes of walking, start running for 5 minutes, instead of adding 5 minutes of walking. So, on the fifth day, you should walk 50 minutes and run 10 minutes.
