I am a recently married woman living in Colorado. I work in the Gi lab at a local hospital. We have two precious cats. I lost my Father this past November to a massive pulmonary embolism at the age of 62. He was also suffering from heart disease and diabetes. He is part of my inspiration for this journey. While I can't wait to see him again one day I want it to be after I have had a good long life.

fast food
also making good choices when you have to go to fast food helps. For example Arby's regular roast beef without the bun and a side salad. I work full time and am doing my prereqs to get my RN so I can understand the busy schedule. I pack my lunch the night before. I also love the george foreman grill. Throw some meat on it steam some veggies or microwave frozen ones add a salad and you have an awesome dinner. Frozen pre cooked shrimp are great to. Thaw them and throw in a salad.

Painful Stomach Gas
I work with gastroenterologists and they often reccomend probiotics for bloating. align is one they often suggest.

This is 'Some' Of What I Ate
except for when I went on a trip recently I log everything but It is too much of a pain to change the default everytime especially since I can't from my phone which is how I do 99% of my logging.

I posted a real pic because I am a happy newlywed and I looked freaking awesome that day Wink I keep everything open because I have nothing to hide. I totally understand why some people have reasons to.

low calorie foods
I started a pound heavier than you and had the same RDI I do 6 days a week of 1200-1400 calories and one day of 1600-1800 calories. This along with walking an hour a day has led to me losing 18lb in the last month. Just what has been working for me.
