I am the mom of 3 boys. I have always 'worried' about my weight but not so much watched it. Over the last 3 years I have watched my weight steadily increase and I am at the point where I realized the only person to change how I feel, how I look, is ME. So while I have been a yo-yo dieter in the past this time i am committed to making a lifestyle change and recognizing that just because I am stressed, food does not fix all, if I fall off the wagon, I need to get back on TOMORROW rather than in 3 weeks. I enjoy reading others posts on FS and realizing I am not alone!
