I have consulted with a nutritionist and she recommended I limit my calorie intake to 1800 cal/day. At first, I was going overboard and consuming about 1200-1500 cal/day (pretty much going from 4000+ cal/day to low cal made me feel like I was starving 24/7).
I've struggled to keep my calorie intake at 1800 a day, I've failed most days, but the good news is I have kept my calorie count down between 2200-2800 (which isn't great but it's better than my 4000+ I was doing before). I exercise 5 days a week.
My exercise goal is to reach 30 minutes on the stairstepper machine. ***UPDATE: I reached my goal!!!
My weight goal is to weigh 165 pounds by August 2013. No specific reason for that date, I just wanted to see if I could get there in a year (or technically 13 months since I started mid-July).
