Almost 40 years of age.

I had a back injury which then really limited me physically. I have been gaining weight at 5-7 pounds a year for the last few years. I got on scale after Christmas and weight was up to 222 pounds.

I felt so heavy and uncomfortable. I felt like a blob.

I decided I was going to exercise every day, drink less beer, and eat better food.

I found this app for my phone, to help me keep track.

Now I am exercising everyday and getting more healthy everyday.

About half way to my first goal of 200 pounds. From there I will re-evaluate my situation and make new goal.

How do you weigh in?
I am using my Wii scale and Wii fit program to record my weight. Does anyone else do this? It seems consistent enough although sometimes it seems to give bad results. Is it accurately recording my weight?
