Day 32 of my 90-day program was totally awesome. As I said before, I am feeling really good. I have adjusted to the program for the most part. So excited to weigh-in this morning. I lost an extra lbs, but I have a weekend of eating so am just going to try to hold onto my gains. Next week I will still try to get to 191 lbs, but I will not freak out if not.

I felt so good, I walked an extra mile yesterday. Work was a breeze, the weather was nice, left the door open all day. I only ate eggs because I was worried about today and thinking I would not lose weight. But, suprise!!!

Today is my "catch up" day! So excited to see how much I get done. Where to start? What are my priorities? What can I live without if I run out of energy? I can't remember the last time I had a "catch up" day. How fun!

Day 31 of my 90-day program went really well. I started off the day with coffee and heavy whipping cream, went for a 4 mile walk with plenty of energy, did some shopping on the way to work and arrived right on time. I had decided to eat only one meal at around 1:00 due to the previous days overeating calories. I had a lovely lunch and was full the rest of the day, skipped dinner and went to bed early.

I'm planning to eat the same way today, but my weigh-in is tomorrow and I'm a little worried. I'm feeling bloated and puffy. Too much salt? I plan to up my exercise a little with some shoulder work and some squats. My one meal will likely be mostly eggs. Wish me luck. lol

This week has been the most challenging, I don't feel I was careful enough. I have every tool to make this thing a success, but my choices were askew. I'm facing some difficulties this weekend due to I can't do the 3 day fast. I have decided to tack one on at the end of my 90 days so I'll still have completed 12/3 day fasts. The other thing I could do is make it up by increasing 3 of my fasts to 4 days each. Not sure, just a thought.

I'm feeling better than I have in years, sleeping really well, and less inflamation. My goal is to just do the best I can over the weekend and regroup on Monday. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
