Day 23 of my 90-day program went really well. My energy returned about 90% of normal. My 4-mile walk was awesome, it was very sunny and warm up here in the White Mountains of Arizona. Everyone I met was in a good mood, so refreshing. People are out getting their yard work done, cleaning their decks off, getting ready for summer entertainment (I live in a recreational area).
It's going to be in the triple digits down in the valley, so our town will flood with tourists. The cabins and hotels will fill up, the restaurants will be busy, our service workers will make tips and get their bills paid (I'm so thankful to our Lord).
My diet is on track but I'm still a little dizzy. I have made sure to have enough salt, magnesium, and potassium. I will try to drink more water, that could be my problem, I have not been diligent to ensure my water is enough. So glad I decided not to go to dinner at a restaurant, it took so much added stress away. Can't wait for my Friday morning weigh-in. Hope everyone who is dieting makes some good progress this week! :)

Day twenty-two of my 90-day program was hard. I ended my 72 hr fast with 2 keto coffees and then walked 4 miles. I had to walk pretty slowly due to lack of energy. I had a good lunch, but my energy never really returned to normal. I ate a very small dinner and went to bed early.
I decided not to go to dinner at a restaurant this week. I just don't need the extra stress and it is not a special occasion. Crumbcake wants to go and promises not to give in to bread, potatoes, and dessert, but I know him, he will give in to weakness. Better to avoid it all together.
My weight loss is right on schedule, I hope to be down 2 lbs by Friday. People are starting to notice and comment on my appearance, that is encouraging. I am wearing shorts today, it is going to be in the 80's. Yay!

Day twenty-one of my 90-day program was much better. I felt really good when I woke up and had enough energy to get some serious chores completed. I did not have any headaches and just a little dizziness. Drank some water with pink salt and some herbal tea and relaxed during the afternoon. Was looking forward to eating today (my 72 hr fast ends at 11:00 am) but was not excessively hungry.
I didn't walk this weekend like I'd hoped to. My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs. I am going to weigh on Thursday this week because I have to go out to dinner on Thursday night and don't really know what the results will be. I know I will stay on my plan even if I have to eat before I go. I hate eating in restaurants especially when I'm trying to lose weight. I guess it is a test about my gains in willpower. lol
I hope everyone has a great weak and I hope I don't eat everything in town when I break my fast.

Day twenty of my 90-day program was pretty uneventful. I woke up without much energy and slept off and on all day, the hike never happened. I just drank water, coffee, and tea. I was a little hungry off and on, but nothing outrageous. Fortunately, I did not have any headaches or sickness.
