Day 38 of my 90-day program went really well. I finally reached ketosis and lost my raging appetite. I really was not hungry when I got home from work, so skipped dinner. I walked 5 miles at a brisk pace with some light jogging on the downhill in places.
After more than a week struggling to get back on program, I finally made it. Hoping to not do that again. I know now how much of my weight loss is actually water loss. Very disconcerting to say the least. I am watching youtube videos on obesity crisis around the world. So many people are struggling. Many have given up. I did however, find some very inspirational testimonies of some who have lost over 100 lbs and kept it off for over one yr.

Day 37 of my 90-day program was really all about the struggle to get back to ketosis. Did the egg-fast until evening and broke down and ate some string-cheese and pepperoni. If I did it right, I should enter ketosis sometime today. The water weight gain was significant, I'm feeling bloated again.
What have I learned? Even the best laid plans can go awry. A small binge even with just keto approved foods can mess with the progress. What am I doing about it? I am taking the advise I received from you all and FIRST, getting back on the horse that tossed and trampled me into the ground. Second, focusing on some of the other non-weight loss victories such as how good I feel, how well I'm sleeping, and how much extra energy I have normalized throughout the day.
Today I try to just eat keto and keep the calories at 1700. I will work to have peace of mind about the process and accept the fact that this is not so much a sprint as a marathon race. I will pray for everyone to have peace of mind who are struggling with weight issues. Thanks everyone for your support, I hope you have a marvelous day!

Day 36 of my 90-day program went pretty well. No greatness to report. I feel like I went out of ketosis somewhere on the weekend, the result being very hungry all day yesterday. I think I have a fight to get back to fat burning.
My plan today is to egg fast if I can. I will eat 8 eggs in OMAD with coffee and water. I will walk 5 miles and maybe some extra weight lifts and squats. On the plus side, I feel great and woke up early with plenty of energy and commitment.

Day 35 of my 90-day program was weird. Rather than my usual fast, I sat around eating all day. I kept to low-carb keto foods like eggs, cheese, olives, and sausage, but totally lost track of how much. Anyway, I'm back to normal today and planning my week at OMAD to make up for things being somewhat out of control (Crumbcake loved it!!! lol).
My plan this week is still to have a goal weigh-in of 191 lbs on this Friday. I think I can make it. I am upping my walk to 5 miles per day as well. Hope everyone has a great day!
