Day 34 of my 90-day program was not very good. I only ate keto but lots of it compared to what I normally eat. Can't worry about it today, but tomorrow will get back to strict calorie counting.

Why was it "not very good"? Are you still entering what you ate in your diet calendar? Right now you only have 135 calories - not bad! :) :) I just had to log "Haagen-Dazs ice cream" so I'm not judging anybody... :)
