I have always been thin even after having my daughter. I started gaining weight about 10 years ago as I began to settle down. That meant less going out, cooking heavy meals every night, and doing for everyone else before I did for myself and that resulted in gaining 75 pounds. I have busied myself with lots of work, volunteering, and trying to recover by being a couch potato after a long day's work. So now I want to become more active (actually use my gym membership) and eat healthier!
