Oh- and I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before I eat. Don't think it makes a huge difference, but it's easy to do at the same time every day.

I really don't think it's a scam. I was already a runner and didn't change anything the past month- I've lost a good 5 lbs and fit into jeans waaaay smaller than I did before. I really think it's the little extra push I needed to get closer to my goal. But like everything else, it must be done in conjunction with healthy eating and working out! It is not a miracle product!!

Getting Ready for Full Marathon
Just an update: I completed the marathon!! It took me 5 hours and 50 minutes, but I did it!! Now to keep up with my running (normal distances) to keep my weight where it is Smile

Getting Ready for Full Marathon
Great to know so many others who are going to try for their first marathon soon, too. I officially signed up for mine 3 weeks ago, and am about to run my 4th half on June 18th-eek! My knees often give me issues, but i just came off a 30day detox (not the smartest with the half so soon since I couldn't run this week), but I'm down 8 lbs this week, so maybe that will help my knees a bit. I'm going to try and up my running this week, hopefully it isn't too late for this half to still be decent!

Getting Ready for Full Marathon
Hi All! I am not new to FS, but I would love to gain some buddies who are interested in sharing their running tips with me. I have run 2 half-marathons, plan to run 2 more, and then finish off 2011 with my first full marathon. I'm looking for motivation and inspiration to help keep me on track!
