No Calorie Drinks/WATER!!!!

Water is super important, and not only is it 0 calories, but it also helps hydrate you're skin, especially since its dry in the winter. If you can't stand drinking only water, you can start by drinking no calorie drinks, then to tea, then to water...

No Processed Food!!!

Try to eliminate all processed foods, and try to eat all natural and all organic. Try switching all you're foods in your kitchen to healthy ones. Resist yourself at the supermarket from buying processed foods, and stay in the fresh food section of the supermarket.

Write Everything Down!!!

Try and write down everything you eat, and also the workouts you do. I keep an excel document of the different types of workouts I do, and then record everyday how much times I've done it, and I increase the workout everyday. For example...I started doing 50 crunches, and recorded it. The next day, I did 60, and then the next day I did 70. Increasing and recording this will help you motivate yourself and keep you on track because you feel obligated to fill your workout list everyday.
