I'm 26 yrs old, mother of 2 boys, and a wife to wonderful supportive husband. I also work full time at a very demanding job, but I love what I do. In the past 1 1/2 I have lost almost 100 lbs, I would like to continue to loose weight, about 20-25 lbs or so then maintain. I'm a pretty active person. My husband and I workout at home 5-6 days a week.
Our trainer is Jillian Michaels. No we don't know her in real life, but she did save my life. She is amazing, we have all of her workouts. We just started doing her Kettlebell workout and I LOVE the kettlebells! When we started working out we started with the 30 Day Shred and we loved it! So we continued to do it everyday and followed a 1600 cal a day diet plus 64 oz of water. Thats how I started on my journey.
I now can NOT see my life without exercise. I still struggle with food. I'm a food addict. You don't get to 255lbs and not be addicted to food. I refuse to let my addiction rule my life!
