Yay finally can post I have gotten under 127 :)
My measurements have crept up an in tho. Funny how that works. Lost in some areas gained in others. Very happy that there was a loss in the hip of a full inch!
Most important thing for all to remember is numbers are just numbers. Our bodies change hourly in any given day. Eat for health and wellness and your body has no other choice than to be healthy!

Been a while since I have been on fat secret, and over the year my lifestyle diet has changed, so here we are, close to the same wieght but that was after a few huge spikes.... here is what I have tried
Adding carbs.... yeah, nope this just made the wieght go up, even if it was good carbs...still carbs
Adding fat... heres the problem with how i implimented adding fat... I was using hc in my coffee... while very yummy I have learned that although the carb count is neglible(sic) I was gaining wieght from it. Nuts seemed to do the same, maybe not as bad and at least their carb count is on the bag so to speak... and chocolate.. damn it...
Perhaps these cause problems because of inflamation or whatever but I don't have problems when I omit them from my diet,and for whatever reason, I feel better without them.
So here is where I am at.... Meat. home made broth, a dark green salad 1 or 2 times a day, with cheese and meat, my snackies, if I really need one is pork rinds, 1 0z of cheese (xtra sharp cheddar) and fresh berries (lately buying organic strawberries from kroger yummmm)
This seems to keep me very full and satisfied, I donot feel that I am missing out on anything and my energy level is through the roof.
So here I am, back again :)

Well down .5# this morning, strip was midrange last night and white pinkish this am. I Think I will tray adding a bit more fat to see it I can get the ketone level to rise a little. approx 6 carbs yesterday, adding in more goodies today, I have had olives and a slightly larger salad for lunch, yay!

This morning was a pink morning so I added 1/2cup cauliflower tonight and the test strip tonight is darker range, carbs have not broken 10 yet, not figuring fiber into my carb count.
So far so GREAT!
