Another great day of wieght loss! So it looks like my new carb high is 5net carbs! I will see if I can bring that down today. Looks like the italian sausage link yesterday was the grams I could have lived without, I ended up with about 1.5 cps of salad and then a few olives so according to the DR. Atkins book I have (Thanx Mom for one of the originals) I have had well in my rang of 1/2 cup salad greens for the day! Ok today my goal will be to get my net carbs under 5..wish me luck :)

What did I do differently, I ate only 1 cup of salad and snacked only after supper,left the nuts off. will try to keep carb count to 5 again today and see if we can repeat this.

Well I ran over a carb last night and my percentage was off 1% but I really think the scales just sux. On a good note, aftr taking my measurements today I have lost 2.5 inches, YAY me!
