Yay what a surprise, I have been at 124/126 for a few weeks and bam, 122 hit me last night before i went to bed.. I thought aww its a fluck it will be back up tomorrow.. nope! 122 this morning so its official! Keeping carbs @ low to no, no more than 20 usually less then 10. Feeling absolutely WONDERFUL!

Calling today a broth day, for me that is at least 1 meal replaced with bone broth. I make my own bone broth either from chciken or beef soup bones in the crock pot. It takes 3 to 4 days to cook but you have a crock pot full of nutrition!
126 this morning on the scale.
