Been a while since I have been on fat secret, and over the year my lifestyle diet has changed, so here we are, close to the same wieght but that was after a few huge spikes.... here is what I have tried

Adding carbs.... yeah, nope this just made the wieght go up, even if it was good carbs...still carbs

Adding fat... heres the problem with how i implimented adding fat... I was using hc in my coffee... while very yummy I have learned that although the carb count is neglible(sic) I was gaining wieght from it. Nuts seemed to do the same, maybe not as bad and at least their carb count is on the bag so to speak... and chocolate.. damn it...

Perhaps these cause problems because of inflamation or whatever but I don't have problems when I omit them from my diet,and for whatever reason, I feel better without them.

So here is where I am at.... Meat. home made broth, a dark green salad 1 or 2 times a day, with cheese and meat, my snackies, if I really need one is pork rinds, 1 0z of cheese (xtra sharp cheddar) and fresh berries (lately buying organic strawberries from kroger yummmm)

This seems to keep me very full and satisfied, I donot feel that I am missing out on anything and my energy level is through the roof.

So here I am, back again :)
