At 6'2, flying is a pretty uncomfortable means of transportation even for thin folk. When ya weigh over 300 lbs, it's almost impossible! I'm tired of all the extra "stuff" I deal with on a daily basis because of my weight, so I'm gonna go back to my military weight of just under 200 lbs. I should be there by Christmas 2014.
A heart attack/pulmonary embolism packs a pretty potent 1-2 punch, and I swelled up and put a protective layer of fat around my otherwise fairly trim body. Putting the weight on is easy. Getting rid of it again -- no so much. I was happy at 240 or so when the weight gain started, but want to go back to a much lighter Kevin than when it all blew up!
