New year new me!!! I am the mother of 4 boys ranging from 3yrs to 16yrs (in Feb). About a yr ago I was diagnosed with severe depression. I gained 50lbs in the last 10mo. I weighed in at 225 the week before Thanksgiving and after seeing a photo taken Dec 10th (see profile pic) I literally cried! I am ready to take control of my health and well being.

Sleeping aids when mind just can't stop working
I personally use a restful blend of essential oils and a softgel by the same company. They are amazing and all natural. The oil even works on my 3&4yr olds!!
